Dave Guardala Update

Here we are in a new month and so much has been said and has happened, yet I have so little to post.

Hoping I might have a few others add to the discussion here and share a Guardala story or email me with permission to post some part of an emailed story - (wont post anything without the OK from the person Guardala nailed)

All I have is complications here. The class action law suit is not possible due to the variety of details, although the scam was basically the same. The personal suit issue was discussed at great length with my attorney and the general thoughts are - I'll get a piece of paper with a default judgment and will spend a lot of money with no way to enforce the award. If Dave Guardala ever ended up in the US... I need to get back with the FBI stuff and see where it might lead.

We do have doubters out there still. Saw another one on SOTW tonight. Pretty amazing but I guess some guys need to be knee deep in water to believe that it could flood in their backyard.

Good news is - we have passed the 1100 mark on visitors to the site in 2 1/2 weeks, and some guys are posting the link on personal sites to help get the word out. Thanks sooooo much for the help. This BLOG has just hit the 800 visitors mark at 3 weeks online. Also, the GOOGLE placement is still top 10 for both sites and they show top rank in Germany too!

Quick Note - I did update the Guardala Site - www.DaveGuardala.net with a final page covering who I am as the sites author, and links to great pages on the FBI site and 1 more site. Great reading and very good to update yourself on scams and fraud trends. I even signed up for email updates on the FBI site.
