Guardala Business Fraud

Dave Guardala is a thief if you just dropped into the main stream news after a brief break from reality. Dave Guardala has ripped off many Musicians, Music Businessmen and Saxophone Players all over the world.

I was personally ripped off by Dave Guardala. There is no question it was Dave Guardala. There is overwhelming evidence that Dave has been stealing money in bad business deals for years now, but Guardala
has made this more of an occupation in the last 3 years.

Guardala UPDATE

I have been discussing fraud cases with 2 individuals, ready to pitch in and add to the discussion and facts.

Since my last update I have confirmed 40 thousand dollar loss and 12 thousand dollar loss here in the US and 50 thousand in Europe. I have seen critics doubt it was the real Dave Guardala. Give Dave a call guys - he is looking for people that trust him - really. The numbers are posted on the site - Page 2. I also have seen critics dismiss the 450 thousand dollar fraud total estimate, but the figures suggest I could have come in very short; not way over. Look at myself and 3 other guys and add it up. 20+40+12+50= over 120 thousand dollars and I have only been online with this for a little over 3 weeks.

I don't really care if everyone believes me or even care. What I do care about is getting every sax player and music business person aware of the high possibility of any business contact with Dave Guardala costing them thousands of whatever currency they deal in.

www.DaveGuardala.net hit over 1500 unique visitors today. If you tell a few people and so on ---- you know how this works. Hey Dave - the easy money is gone. We will not sit back while you steal any longer. More Sax Players are adding links and hits are from all over the world, every day. Please help the effort and add a link to your sites if you have links for sax players at all.

Linking to Dave Guardala Fraud Site

I have had a few people ask how to add a link that you can click on.

Here is an example of the HTML to link to another site. You should be able to COPY PASTE this code into the HTML part of your web page.
<EXAMPLE START>
<A HREF="http://www.DaveGuardala.net">Dave Guardala Scams</A>
<END>
This is the most basic code with the website and 3 words for the link. Very basic indeed.
A Longer link with a little more detail might look like this=
<START>
<A HREF="http://www.DaveGuardala.net" target="new" title="Dave Guardala Business Scams and Fraud Web Site">Dave Guardala Business Scams</A>
<END>
This html code has a little more to it with a target tag making each click on the visible words open up in a different window so you don't loose the visitor from your site. Once they are done, they will find you site still open below the new site. Also included is the title tag that makes a little box show up when your mouse is over the link, and a description explains a little better, where that link will take your visitor - pretty cool?

That's your HTML lesson in a minute. COPY PASTE either code snips or create your own. You can make the title tag personal and the link words too. This is just a suggestion on one way to stop fraud in our community.

SO, read on down the BLOG here - these things post new on top so the story really starts at the bottom. Don't forget to read thru the www.DaveGuardala.net site for my story and check the links at the bottom of page 5 for education on Fraud.

Stay Blessed.
