2 Months Online - Dave Guardala Scam News

Today is the 2 month Birthday of this site on the World Wide Web. Pretty unbelievable for me to realize it has only been 2 months since going public with the Guardala Scams and Fraud Stories.

It feels like I have been dealing with this forever, but the truth is - 7 months of hush hush dealings with Dave Guardala, and now 2 months of exposing the entire world to what a thief Dave Guardala truly is.

Nothing much to report on the "FBI case" but good news on the internet front.

Since going online on GOOGLE News Group and SaxOnTheWeb.net (Sax Forum), many thousands have viewed these pages. Nearly 4 thousand for each thread on Sax On the Web, over 2 thousand visitors for each of my Guardala sites, over 6 thousand page views on DaveGuardala.net, and an unknown amount of traffic on the GOOGLE News group. That's over 12 thousand total!! That feels good.

I have also noticed a high number of German visitors which should help turn up the heat on Guardala, if he is still in Germany. I have many sites posting the information online now and have seen an increase of email related hits to the sites as of late, so people are emailing friends about this too.

The Dave Guardala dotnet site and Guardala dotnet sites are running top search position, all over the world, with hits coming in from every country one could imagine. Bottom line - the word is out and Dave Guardala's days are numbered.

I only wish those of us that got burned could get some or all of the money back, but we all know that is not going to happen.

That's it for now. Just thought, on the 2 month anniversary of going public, I should update you-all as to the  progress. It's not much, but is also huge at the same time. PLEASE join me in getting the word out to help protect those we know and care about. Blessing to all the Easter Week!

Having known Dave for almost 15 years, I am not surprised to hear so much about his scamming. Two good friends of mine were financially damaged by him....so sad when people who trust, are taken in by scammers in our business.

For the record, when I checked into the Park Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany on Tuesday, March 27th to attend the Musik Messe...the manager asked me if I knew Dave Guardala..to which I replied "Yes, is he registered at this Hotel"?

I was told that he was a guest there for 3-4 days but checked out a few days before. He paid for his room in cash.

I wondered why the Manager asked...and can only conclude that something happened during his stay which triggered the question.

He is living in Frankfurt...and does not have a USA passport. I can only guess that he was out "trolling" for victims in Frankfurt prior to the Musik show but found out that he is on a "Most Wanted List"...and decided to split before he was confronted by anyone.

I speculate that he had a meeting with a legitimate guest of the hotel which could have been either aborted or taken place. Maybe this "guest" was complicit in his scams.

Dave deserves to be caught and punished severely for his crimes. I hope this happens before someone else gets hurt.

I heard he was near but not seen at the show. I know he had lost his passport, I believe it was being held by a business victim as proof the deal was good. I also knew he was staying in hotels now since he can't stay at his house. I believe he was at a hotel in Frankfurt for a while. I had IP address info that was forwarded to authorities and the hits stopped the next day.

Dave is a pretty smart guy but will not be able to keep this going much longer. He has been staying in hotels in Germany for years now and is known to many in them. He even got thrown in jail some years back for not paying hotel bills after running up big bills. I don't think he can stay in a hotel in Germany, anywhere, without paying cash.

It doesn't surprise me that he is having to move around more often now. 3 or 4 days here or there.

As far a meetings. That could have been another victim or more likely a scam partner. I believe Dave has hit the big time in the SCAM world (now that he is in the million dollar club) and it looks like he is now involved with a scam network.

The story would be too good to be true if this had not cost so many people there very survival.

Why the manager would ask if you knew Dave Guardala is pretty amazing! Out of the blue? Just asked? Was he asking everyone? Did you have a sax case with you at the counter? That seems soooo strange.

At this point, I hope the German Government gets pissed when the realize that a million dollars have come thru Germany and they have not seen a penny of the taxes for it. Once the realize they are getting ripped off too, it will stop!

Thanks sooo much for adding to the discussion and sharing your info!

        Bless you,

        Greg

          Hi Greg

The newsworthy item of value was that Dennis Bamber was also staying at the same hotel...he's an old partner of Dave....and had also checked into the hotel a few days prior to the Musik Messe.

I think that because Bamber go back many years and that he and I have stayed at this same hotel for some time,
that the hotel manager was attempting to put 2 & 2 together.

I know nothing else other than this..but I did ask Bamber if he knew that Dave was at the hotel and if he met with him.

His reponse was rather vague...so I dropped it.

His passport in a safe deposit box in Germany held by a German businessman who experienced the Guardala scam. It appears he paid Dave a large sume for the rights to use his name selling mouthpieces branded Guardala.

He went on to tell me that Dave sold this same "exclusive" package to someone in the USA and another businessman in Asia.

That adds up to 3 exclusive Global contracts to use his hame on mouthpieces.

          Way to go Dave!!

Very interesting stuff here. I know of 1 other businessman that has Dave calling him long after he ripped him off so maybe Bamber has some limited contact or did have some before the show.

I know of others in the name scam. It is probably more like 6-8 people who bought the exclusive rights to use Dave Guardala's name. And yes, they paid a pretty penny for something that is useless - Bamber acquired it way back in the LA Sax / Guardala dealings and my understanding is he who got it first, owns it.

I just updated the blog again and included a post that had an IP address I believe Guardala was checking the site and blog from. I no sooner sent the information to a gentleman that has direct access to a huge attorney in Germany and the hits stopped. Very strange.

I do know that Dave is very well known in the hotels in Germany since he has been living in them, on and off, for years now, and he did some time for not paying bills he had run up a few years ago.

The end is coming. Every crook thinks it will go on forever and it never does. Dave's days are numbered and his friends are few and evil these days. I almost feel sorry for him - actually I think I do. It's so sad. Such talent and such a sad last chapter being written.

            Peace,

            Greg Vail
