This is the message that followed from Dave Guardala.

Hello **********,

I happen to see you kind complements that your wrote about me in your website.

As you know I left the music industry about 6 years ago and I am
enjoying a peaceful life living in Germany with my wife and child.

I would like to talk to you today about somethings that you might be
interested in. I will try to call you later today, but it is early
Sunday morning there and I didn't want to call you to early.

I will give you my private phone number if you wish to call me: From
the US you would dial: 011-49-173-467-1970.

I would be nice to talk to you.

  Best regards,
  Dave Guardala

END EMAIL ----------------------------------------

I include this since my first email from Dave Guardala was copied to a word file with no header details. This is an example of how Dave Guardala is harvesting victims - online research looking for anyone that has anything nice to say about him, or anyone that deals in used instruments or mouthpieces. That and his old phone book - friends, family, old business acquaintances, you name it. Dave Guardala would steal from the Pope if he could get him to call him back.

MY FIRST EMAIL FROM DAVE GUARDALA WAS AS FOLLOWS - I had lost it on an old drive and just recently found it.

Hi Greg, it's Dave Guardala

Hello Greg,

I am in Germany  and I need to talk to you immediately. Can you please call me at the following phone number: 011-49-160-9222-5855.

Just dial the number exactly the way I wrote it, my phone is on 24 hours.

It is really important.

Thanks and I hope that you are doing well,

Sincerly,

Dave Guardala

Wish I had the Header Details but I'm pretty sure it's the same as this one from a later email from Dave Guardala.

Dear Greg,

I will be calling you later today with information.

Dave

Unfortunatly, Dave Guardala called all the time and at the very beginning of this scam, I had no idea I should be tracking and logging everything I got from Dave because I foolishly trusted the man.

This is the key to any SCAM - Trust! Please do not trust Dave Guardala when he emails or calls.

This comes from an educated victim. Hindsight is 20/20.

      Hello,

I'm trying to reach two of the people that got burned by DG. One fellow, Tim, lost his passion for playing and I'd like to give him a free mouthpiece. The other guy, a teacher from LI that lost 90K, I would also like to give a mouthpiece to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Phil Barone 212.686.9410.
