What a Day in Scam Land! Web traffic is cranking thanks to some very cool people taking on the cause and sharing in there worlds, online. I have asked many times for help to get the word out on Guardala Fraud and it is now starting to really spread. Hits from All over the world - 25 countries making up 50% of the page hits! Thanks to the many folks who are sharing the Guardala site and Guardala blog to the online music community. With numbers there is power to accomplish great things!

The Guardala Site is the most international site I have ever been involved with. Hits have been way over the top the past 2 days thanks to all the help from you, the saxophone community! Thanks guys and gals for taking the time and caring.

Guardala Scams

Please continue to spread the word about Guardala Scams. If you have been sitting on the fence on this one, get busy and join the growing team of musicians tired of getting ripped off and hearing horror stories about hard earned gig money going to a scam artist. If you have a story to share, post a comment here or email me, Greg Vail, at gvsaxboy@aol.com so we can together, put an end to Dave Guardala's rampage and put the fear of God in those thinking we musicians are an easy target.

Every little bit helps. If you are reading this, remember that your local music store or Sax Shop needs to be warned. Every Sax player you know should be made aware of this garbage. Dave Guardala is not the only thief trying to live off musicians in todays world. Ebay has become a rip off party with actions running out of control, products never existing, bad checks, fake bank money orders or cashiers checks, and fraudulent escrow companies. I got a dozen second chance offers on an auction for over 2 months by evil people trying to sell me the item that was sold and shipped by the seller. If your not careful, you will get a serious education on street life in todays rip off world.

An important part of this site and my scam story is education. It's not just looking at my story and avoiding Dave Guardala, but looking for how the scam works and learning how to identify a good deal and know when it is "too good to be true."

The trust issues. The complications that arise so you are now sending money to this guy who is an agent in the deal for a buyer in whatever country. Business needs to be business. A deal should be straight and direct. I will never go down this path again. I have learned many lessons. Please take a minute to learn and understand, maybe even do a little research on scams. I have a page with resources up on the DaveGuardala.net site. The 2 best places I have found for information is TooGoodToBeTrue.com and the FBI.gov site. I highly recommend looking over these sites, not only for the latest scams to avoid, but also for the elements of a scam since new scams arise every day.

Thanks again for reading the BLOG. My Guardala Scam Story is found at www.DaveGuardala.net. Thanks again for all the support!

SAXBOY Greg Vail
