Since my last post I have found a new article, dated Today, September 9th, on Dave Guardala - Breaking News - on Science Daily.com. The article is Copyright 2007 by United Press International. As with all copyrighted materials, I will not be able to post the actual article but can link the article.

This UPI article restates - 10 alleged victims, $660,000, Federal investigation and indictment at the U.S. District Court in Central Islip. Nothing new here, but a 2nd outside source should help critics see, this has been a real issue for years now. The article dates the allegations back to 2004.
I would go on record to say the amount of loss and number of individuals seems very low. I understand the list is only U.S. victims, so it does not reflect the many international victims that account for hundreds of thousands more. Without seeing the list, I have no idea how many of the victims I have been in contact with are included, and how many might not be on the list.
The one thing that is certain, Dave Guardala will face charges and victims of said allegations. If there is any justice, Mr. Guardala will have decades to reconsider the genius involved in choosing criminal activities and screwing family and friends, over the honest business of making great mouthpieces and saxophones.
As I have been saying, once this starts to go public, much information will be available. Thanks to the many that have waited, without attack, while the wheels of justice moved slowly forward.
