Guardala missed court today.

According to Tim C. post - Dave Guardala was not in court today due to a mess up in transporting him to the court room from jail. The date will be rescheduled and posted once it is announced.

      Hang in there, this must be a terribly frustrating time, one disappointment after another. I've had my dealings with Dave Guardala in the past, and I cannot speak one positive word about him as a person, except his expertise on mouthpiece designs. It is time for some "reap what you sow" action here for Dave.

      I agree, Guardala will pay a price but what about his victims. (That means many of us of course.) He was a friend at one time and I have suffered greatly having trusted him. Even if he is punished, will anyone return any of the money I have sent him? My family has suffered due to his selfish and immoral actions. Bankruptcy laws no longer offer any relief for us. You can thank the bank industry lobby in Washington for that. As it stands now, I am looking forward to ten or more years to get out the hole I dug trusting Dave. What is justice after all? Punishing Guardala is not really going to help us. Yes, he must be punished, buy does anyone have a suggestion that will make a real difference in our lives?
