We are getting close to some closure. Dave Guardala was given just a few short days to decide what he wanted to do since last Friday's extension in the proceedings.

Well, It will be time to face the music soon. It is really amazing how the court process has run soooooo slow and extension after extension seems to drag it on and on. I'm guessing Dave would rather serve time in jail than in prison. Either way, he is done ripping people off for a minute or so.
