Guardala October 10 Court Date

According to Court documents forwarded to me this morning, our dear friend Dave Guardala was in court at 9:30 AM in New York. Dave Guardala was scheduled to begin trial today on fraud charges - a 12 count Federal indictment that was supposed to be starting today.

The documents forwarded state that Guardala did see the Judge today, but give no further detail.

At last update by prosecutors, Guardala was working on finding a free Attorney and was granted an 30 day extension to try. Guardala has been in custody for over a year now. Does anyone know what happened to day in court? I wouldn't even know he had seen the Judge if I didn't have people following this case, sending me these documents.

      Apparently he gets to use a different government appointed lawyer. How nice for him! I guess no private lawyer wanted to represent the scumbag for free. There's still no court date set. I would imagine the first lawyer advised him to plead guilty and he didn't like that too much. What a piece of garbage. At least he's sitting in jail while he drags this out. It's just like he drug out shipping my stuff I bought from him that didn't exist. Waterboarding is too good for this jackass.....

      guardala will be allowed a new lawyer. it is not clear who ths will be. the court should make an appointment on october 24th. i think that this is a good thing. it allows the court and the prosecutng attorney to appear to have given guardala every benefit of the doubt before they destroy him in front of the jury.
