I am with you on the guilty/innocent feeling about Guardala. The mere fact that you are still receiving email on the feeling that Guardala could not have done this to so many is exactly why it worked so well for him for so long. I, as you and so many trusted Dave from past business and personal dealings. I went into my "investment" with him based on the years of trust and good dealings with him. If it were almost anyone else I probably would have been more skeptical and not have bitten.

Sorry you have to be the one to deal with the skeptics, but I still appreciate your willingness to put it all out there and keep us all informed on the current nature of the case.

To answer you question I spoke with prosecutors after our last email exchange. They said the Sept. 15th court date was hard and fast. The judge has no more time for delays and that it would start on that date. We would be contacted by a woman from their office probably the first week of September with the travel details. I was told that depending on the schedule of people testifying that I would most likely be going the second week of trial. I don't know if that is for all of us or just me. Seems possible that we may not all be in New York at the same time. But then I don't know much about the court system either.

That's about all I can tell you. Hope it sheds a little light on the situation.

Sarcasm - I know. But after months of personal bashing and questioning the stories, I am a little surprised that there actually is a sax player that could be just now looking the other side of his rock and questioning the facts.

I am reminded that I was in total disbelief that Dave could do such a thing either. That would be how I got sucked into this mess.
